NKC
was started in 1995 by Bodil Aronsson, Ulla Aronsson, Knut Langsrud,
Emil Jensen, Tina Westlie and Lena Westlie Gromholt. We are practising
our karate in Årjäng, which is a small town next to E18,
120 km from Oslo and 100 km from Karlstad.
NKC is member of The Swedish Budo and Martial Arts Federation, Svenska
Budo och kampsportsförbundet, who is the main official national
body that governs the majority of clubs in Sweden that practise martial
arts with Karate being the largest section.
The daily
training is performed in the gymnastic hall at the public school "Silbodalskolan".
NKK have about 50 members in all ages.

Karate:
Monday 17.30-18.30 From 10 years and adults

Grading.
To
take a new grade we demand you to train minimum 70% on karate lessons,
calculated on 2 days/week.
Grading from 9th to 4th kyu can be taken in the club.
Grading to 3rd, 2nd och 1th kyu will be taken in front of the Wado Ryu
Scandinavia's panel.
Grading to Dan-grades happens in front of sensei M. Shiomitsu 9th Dan
Hanshi and only at the annual summercamp. Only regrading for Dan can
be taken at the annual wintercamp.

Children grades according to the Wado Ryu Skandinavia's childrenpensium
with 3 steps/kyu-grade up to 13 years of age.

Members
fee:
Up to 13 years: 400 SEK
From 14 years: 500 SEK
Training
fee must be paid before 1th oct (autumn) and 1th
mars (spring), or else we charge 50 SEK extra.
Grading
9-4 kyu: 100 SEK
Belts 9-6 kyu: 80 SEK Belts with japanese text
5-1 kyu: 150 SEK
